Exhorting My Sisters Who are Down in the Dumps

I am down in the dumps too, let's get up out of this pit.  You are loved more than you can fathom. You are beautiful, chosen and wanted.
You are important and valued. You are not alone even when you feel lonely.
Your ability to make the ordinary beautiful is a true gift! Don’t neglect self-care; get up out of that bed, and don’t let it take your strength from you. Get cute, read the Word, and meditate on your favorite scripture. Sing praises to your God let gratitude overtake you and thank for 100 small things around you, today, right here, right now.

Take heart when you are discouraged and remember our God will defend you! You are important to God’s plan no matter your relationship status. Fall in love with him, He is where your joy comes from whether you are happily married or not, single, widowed, or divorced.  He did not make you to be abused either physically or emotionally.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God. You don’t have to call nobody.  You got a phone number to The Most High God, the one where all things are possible.  The True and Living God.  So get up and live.

Your beauty and personality are unique!  They become stronger and more confident when you tap into the power of God from where your unused tenacity and courage come. Yes! Of course, the book of Psalms is prophetic about a chosen people, but they also provide encouragement, and comfort, and upliftment for our daily use.  Don’t let the anxiety and disappointments of life keep you down.  If you fall in the pit, get up, that’s what the righteous do. Don’t sit in that madness.

If you don’t have the words of prayer. Somebody in the Word did. But you have to read it to what’s there. Read the whole chapter of 2 Chronicles 20 and pray the prayer of Jehosophat,  verse 15 says, “Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.  There is power in the word that will help you overcome any hurt and any obstacle, and man’s scorpion tongue, and any venom of other so-called sisters who don’t know really know God. Our God IS God.

Keep his commandments, that’s how he knows we love, grow in the fruits of the spirit, those are the weightier of the law, and He got you.
